Terms and Conditions

Qmate is intended for lawful professional and business use by adults. You agree to provide accurate account details, keep them reasonably current and protect your credentials. Your organization is responsible for deciding who may access its workspace and for removing access when no longer appropriate. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Access rights are limited to those supplied through the product or agreed in writing; an account does not give you ownership of the software.

Qmate supports quotation and estimating workflows. Features may include organizing RFQs, storing documents, applying user-supplied pricing inputs and producing draft quotations. Available functionality may differ by release or subscription. We may improve, maintain or modify features, subject to any commitments in a signed customer agreement. Product descriptions are not promises of a particular revenue increase, turnaround time or commercial result.

Qmate helps prepare information; it does not independently certify manufacturing feasibility, accuracy or commercial suitability. Results depend on the drawings, quantities, cost rates, material prices, lead times, taxes, settings and other information provided or selected by users. Before sending a quote or accepting an order, your business must review calculations, technical assumptions, terms, pricing and applicable taxes. You remain responsible for the quotations, offers and agreements you issue to your customers. Worksol is not automatically a party to transactions between you and your buyers or suppliers.

Do not use Qmate unlawfully; upload harmful code; attempt to bypass access controls; inspect another customer’s workspace without authorization; disrupt the service; submit material you have no right to use; or copy, resell or reverse engineer the product except where a mandatory legal right allows it. Reasonable automated use must not overload the service or undermine security. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate protective action, including restricting access, consistent with applicable law and agreements.

You retain your rights in the business information and documents you provide, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Worksol the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit and display that information to deliver and support Qmate. You confirm that your organization is entitled to provide the information, including any personal information about employees, buyers or suppliers. Please keep separate copies of critical records where appropriate. Handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.

Each party should protect non-public commercial or technical information received from the other and use it for the agreed business purpose. This does not cover information that becomes public without a breach, was already lawfully known or must be disclosed by law. Qmate’s code, interface, branding, documentation and product design belong to Worksol or its licensors. No software ownership is transferred to you. Your uploaded documents do not become Worksol property merely because they are stored in Qmate.

If Qmate offers paid plans, the price, payment schedule, taxes, renewal rules, trial conditions, cancellation process and any refund rights will be set out in the applicable order, subscription screen or signed agreement. This document does not itself create an automatic renewal or a refund entitlement. Please review the specific commercial terms before purchase. If payment is overdue, access may be affected only as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

We aim to keep Qmate available and useful, but maintenance, updates, network problems, security events or third-party outages may interrupt service. Unless a separate service-level agreement promises otherwise, we do not promise uninterrupted access or a specified uptime percentage. Support channels, hours and response commitments are those communicated for your plan. External services and links may have their own terms. We will use reasonable care in operating our services, while recognizing that factors outside our control can affect them.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address serious security risks, unlawful use, material violations or relevant payment defaults, subject to applicable law and any customer agreement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may end your subscription under its agreed cancellation terms. Following termination, account access and any data export, retention or deletion are handled under the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and legal requirements. Provisions intended to survive, including ownership and outstanding payments, continue where appropriate.

Qmate is a tool to assist professional decisions, not a substitute for checking quotation outputs. Except for commitments expressly made in writing or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, we make no guarantee that every estimate will be error-free or suitable for every manufacturing process. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses under these standard terms. Any negotiated liability cap or exceptions should be stated in the signed customer agreement; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Qmate, operations or law. We will publish the revised version and provide additional notice or seek acceptance where required. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory legal protections and any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement. We encourage customers to contact us first so issues can be discussed and resolved. If no separate forum has been agreed, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful.
